This policy explains how DFS-AI ("DFS-AI", "we", "us") handles information collected through www.dfs-ai.com (the "site"). It doesn't cover data that customers process in the DFS-AI platform, which is governed by a separate customer agreement.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company and anything you include in your message. Messages sent through the contact form are stored by our website platform and emailed to us.
Technical information. Like most websites, our website platform records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and sets cookies the site needs to work and to count visits. We don't use advertising cookies.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use information
To respond to your inquiry and provide information you've asked for.
To manage early access requests and advisory engagements.
To operate, secure and improve the site.
To meet legal obligations.
Customer data in the DFS-AI platform
Data that customers upload to the DFS-AI platform is processed only to provide the service, in an environment isolated to that customer, and is never used to train third-party AI models. Specific terms are set out in each customer agreement.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting and email providers, under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or with your consent.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, or as required by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email mdomoslawska@dfs-ai.com. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
